Battery hell, he deprived a citizen of his civil rights under the color of law. That is felonious behavior,worthy of serious jail time.

See... that there is why I am honest and polite and cooperative to cops. I have alot of rights that I can legally assert but who’s to say the cop won’t be having a bad day... be annoyed by my assertion of rights... whack me with a billystick and say I attacked him? In court, its the cops word against mine.
I stay on their good side unless absolutely neccessary or alot of witnesses around.

Somebody that handles that evidence had a brother... and that brother was highschool pals with the prosecutor.... and the prosecutor’s daughter plays soccer with the judges niece... and that niece goes over to play with the DA’s niece... and they all are on the same softball team........... something like that.
The cop shold be fired, turn his pension over to the wronged party, and be in jail at least twice as long as the guy who was wrongly in there.
This chit about cops being trusted witnesses in he-said, citizen-said situations, and this bullcrap got-your-back lying the cops do for each other, has to end and have swift and harsh penalties for ALL those caught doing it and allowing it to be standard operating procedure.
I believe they want citizens not to trust cops, I believe they want animosity between cops and citizens because it takes the attention off the higher up nwo-planners, the marxist liberals destroyign the country and their diversionary divide and conquer strategies, by placing terrible awful people on the force to make the average person distrust all cops, and to allow these people to terrorize the average citizen, putting officer safety higher than citizens’ lives, by shooting first and covering it up afterwards by always claiming feeling ‘threatened’, by putting women cops out there who are smaller and weaker and pull their guns way more often than men b/c it takes far less for them to feel threatened...more civilians shot because of it.

I wasn’t introduced at trial because there was no trial. The man was held for fifteen months awaiting trial.
It appears that, when the trial was approaching, the DA reviewed the evidence, including this video. That’s when the DA said “gee whiz, all charges are dropped.”
