THIS IS THE NEW McCARTHYISM
(with the perrverted meaning of the phrase)
“Are you now, or have you ever been a member of an anti-gay hate group?”
McCarthyism is used to mean an unfair persecution of communist memebers of Hollywood when it in reallity was the ACTUAL investigation of REAL communists.
It would never happen to a franchise player like a Tom Brady, for example.
