Turkey is turning out some pretty nice guns now. I am a bit surprised that this one comes from Pakistan. It does look nice.

Pakistan has been building MP5’s under licence for some time. The guns are reported to be the same quality as the ones made in Germany. My German made gun has about 150k through it with no discernable wear, except the barrel which was replaced at 125K.

That is a lot of shooting. Does it have polygonal rifling?

Conventional rifling,I use 125 grain hard cast bullets that I cast and size.Good bullet fit equals no gas erosion, the barrel lasts like a .22 rimfire.
I shoot it a lot to stay in practice, especially instinct shooting.I can hit a beer can from 40 yards from the hip with a 3 round burst.

Back in the late 80s Big Buck Sports in Hattiesburg got in some HK-94s. They were pretty expensive tho I realize now they would have been a good investment.

I was in grad school and could not afford one anyway. I was so poor that I had to turn down a mint Browning Citori a fellow student offered to me for $500.

Screw Pakistan.

Their steel is shit, the workmanship sucks.

If you think they put any craftmanship into this, you're wrong. All they did was copy part for part, using steel that is better suited for doorknobs and bootscrapes.

It's on a par with the crap knives they flood Ebay with.

$1400 for this boat anchor is outrageous.

They sell this junk in the US and the mullahs are laughing all the way to the bank.

China redux.

Is this firearm available in the USA? If so, who do I contact?

Review of these 9mm pistols by Arizona Response Systems.

Pretty positive conclusion at the bottom of the page.

Yeah, well, it really isn’t my cup of tea. What we have here is a pistol in submachine gun format that marries the disadvantages of both without the redeeming feature of full auto. TEC-9, anyone?

The ARS review is about POF parts from back in 2009, no mention of the MP5 MAC talks about. POF makes their guns under license from HK. You can always have it re-finished if you don’t like the finish. The POF MP5 pistol has a block in the receiver to prevent the use of a full auto carrier, as might be done with a registered sear. The carrier is milled to cut off the sear trip. For those who liked the MKE product, and don’t care for the US made SW derived semi-auto clones, or don’t want to wait for a US smith to build one on a flat, this is a viable alternative.

Yep. I’ve seen pictures of (so-called) ‘Krinkov’ (which is not what the Rooskies call them) knock-offs and they used nails for rivets, etc.
These were sidewalk ‘smiths’. If these guys are licensed I’m sure they have standards.
But like you say, I’m not buying any Paki stuff. The Turks (SAR, EAA) turn out some nice firearms, especially their CZ handgun clones.

Does a regular 9mm cartridge have enough power to operate a gas mechanism like that?
