Well...I'm going to depart from some of the cynicism here.If she was raped at 12, that could be a big explanation on why she has created herself as a sexual object. Sexuality could be the only thing she can identify with as to why people would want or like her.

There could be deep underlying things as to why she has done what she has done. She was beautiful when she was on Home Improvement, before the plastic surgery stuff. She just never seemed satisfied with her looks and seemed the need to push her sexuality.
