If you go to the link on the page, they have several more pictures. They have what looks to be a game room, including a pool table. I'm guessing that's the (finished) basement.

And the kitchen looks like it has had some upgrades. New refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.

So it's not TOTALLY vintage.

But very nice.
