I’ve never seen a UFO.. but did see 2 shooting stars one night like 3 hrs apart..
It didn’t seem to be in orbit, but I suppose that could be a possible explanation.
So did you check your watch afterwards to see you if you have any missing time? Have you developed any strange pain or marks in your nether regions? If you have suddenly gotten a strange longing to watch the girl alien from the movie series, “Species”...get help, fast!

It’s possible, but I’ve seen space junk fall back into the atmosphere and it didn’t look like such at all, but I’ve never seen anything like this so that is a distinct possibility.

I have indeed observed such a thing, and even (like you) posted my experience on FB. Our FB colleagues set me straight: it was a Chinese lantern. 3 dollars to buy, max.
