He was a marginal four-star player on a three-star NCAA team, with a two-star schedule. He looked better than he really was. So, now is the big time, and his skills are limited but have potential. The trouble is...do you want to sign him and spend three years developing him....as he drags you around in some media-frenzy atmosphere? He’ll hook up and spend two or three seasons in the NFL, then get cut and end up in Canada for three seasons before he’s ‘retired’. It’ll be curious to see how he looks back on all of this in a decade.

I wholeheartedly concur with your assessment. Plus, he had a horrible combine. If it wasn’t for his homosexuality, he wouldn’t have been drafted at all. Meanwhile, Roger Goddell allows Ray Rice to knock his now-wife unconscious and drag her in an elevator and only get a two-game suspension. The NFL is quickly becoming dead to me./rwa
