In case you hadn’t heard, Joe Paterno didn’t commit a crime. He didn’t witness a crime.

He reported a second hand vague reference to a possible crime to his superiors.

The ncaa just 2 weeks ago released a massive manual on campuses reporting sexual crimes. The manual says to do exactly what Joe Paterno did - every step of the way.

Hate on with your childish little pictures.

Joe Paterno protected his football program when he should have protected the little boys who were being raped.

You can hide behind all the legalize you want - morally, he failed. Abysmally. That's his legacy.

Oh, please. Stop excusing his decision to turn a blind eye to rape in pursuit of success and fame. He was an evil man.

Superior(s), plural? As in Curley and Schultz?

That's always bothered me, because if Paterno met with Schultz, or spoke with Schultz, or knew that Curley met with Schultz, then Joe Paterno committed perjury before the grand jury.
