Making deviled eggs is a lost art.

the secret is in the amount of salt... too much--no good... not enough--too bland... i love to serve deviled eggs... traditional and some with a twist... my yolks come out a beautiful bright yellow... (i always compare the color of mine with the color of those who also bring deviled eggs...)

I have made wasabi deviled eggs...yum.

Our chickens’ eggs have a very rich-looking yolk. It produces a beautiful deviled egg.
