School is not the place to wear clothing that pushes buttons. Schools should be UNIFORM in dress code . Discipline is much needed these days, as well as patience.

I agree with you Fester. When I was about that age (13-14) my sister in law bought me a Maryland Is For Crabs” tee shirt when we were in Ocean City, MD. Looked just like this one:

Pretty innocuous or so I thought until the some of the neighborhood boys started making some lewd comments. After that my mother wouldn’t let me wear it outside of the house live alone to school. Even back in the late 70’s in a Maryland public school, we were not allowed to wear logo’d tee shirts or any tee shirts of any kind for that matter.

Urban Outfitters claimed that the shirt in no way referred to the Kent State incident and that the coloring was some sort natural dye. Yeah, right. The dye just happened to form three bullet holes and look like blood.
