Bumper stickers don’t cost a lot to make:
“Mr. President, why have you sequestered virtual every document from your past?”
Billboards cost more, but that’s a way to do it also.

If someone will actually make stickers &/or billboards, let’s hope they can at least spell “virtually” correctly! :P
