They may. From what I understand, Gov. Perry's public proclamation to "sue" was understood by many in Washington that he may yet take action.

Sen Cruz knows this, and he and Perry have discussed this proposal. I am almost certain of this.

First off, the feral gubbamint would not allow it to happen without bloodshed.

Secondly, there are just as many NWO globalist here as other parts of the country that would sabotage any effort to separate from the union.
