yes--cheek implants, nose job, veneers... more subtle than most, in my opinion... she looks good... but she would look better if she didn't try so hard to seem younger... the constant cleavage and sausage casing attire is sad at her age... she could keep her sex appeal while being classier... Jennifer Lopez is close in age to Mariah... and she wears some revealing get-ups while she performs... and even on the red carpet--but not super tight, and not revealing sooo much at once... she comes across as classy...
Mariah Carey will be 46 in March. I am thinking something more than age is affecting her performance. Booze? Crack cocaine? Pot? Mind altering drugs?
If she uses coke wouldn’t she lose some weight?
Next year she will be replaced with a Beyonce or a Swift or a Cyrus.... It all sounds the same. Go to youtube and type in your favorite music and listen to real talent. The names mentioned here do not have it.

Looks to me like she dumps her in ear monitors halfway through. They could have been “faulty” or the mix was not right (because she didn’t have a rehearsal) or the audio guys could have been screwing with her.
Out of shape, out of breath, and too much alcohol over the years.
It can’t be easy singing those dog whistle notes.
I’ll bet she blew a vocal cord.
