I was a long distance runner for over 40 years in my “youth”. When a dog would come after me on one of my daily training runs, barking at me like he wanted a piece of me, I learned to simply turn and run directly at them with my hands up, yelling at the top of my lungs and the dog would stop and turn, running away with their tail between their legs. They had met their “match.”, so to speak.

heh heh heh, the unexpected ALWAYS makes them think twice about who the Alpha Dog is, and if they can't figure it out, it's NOT them
