I wish people posted more pictures shaming their CHILDREN, instead of those silly dog shaming photos.

You didn’t WANT to get my Dad mad and he had NO problem immediately correcting our behavior in public.
Wish todays Dads would kick more butt. Wish more of todays kids HAD Dads at home. :(

My dad never hit me .. all he had to do was glare at me and I knew I was in trouble.
I remember a visitor to our home who brought a box of candy .. as she passed it to me .. it would never have occurred to me to take a piece UNTIL I got my dad’s approval. All I had to do was look at him and if he nodded “yes”, then I was free to take a piece of candy.
It may sound harsh; but I wish now I’d had the courage to be as tough on my own children.
Seeing the article’s comments are 10+-1 in favor of the dad, people show they understand that kids need parenting, probably from seeing the results of disconnected free-range parenting like Trayvon and Mike Brown, etc., and it scares them. In a way, the dubious promotion of black thug innocence has an effect, at least on people equipped with a conscience...
