Too much bread, and the cheese is an artificial colour.
It could be worse... it could have 1 piece of porkroll, scrambled egg, and have ketchup on it. Actually, ketchup contamination or any sort will ruin the best Porkroll, egg & cheese.
It’s also presumably American cheese.
