A former co-worker of mine recently was murdered in the streets of LA, by another black, hardly a mention in the media, shot and killed him and left him to die in the street..a 43 year old father of two..now he is just a statistic, his killer will never be found..but hey if he had been killed by a cop everyone would know his name, but since he was killed by a black thug its no biggie

You are right. His killer may never be found, and his death will be forgotten. Its all about pushing a meme and narrative that blacks are being shit by white cops for no reason. And towards that goal, incidents which fit the narrative are blown all out of proportion, or inconvenient facts of such cases are ignored. Michael Brown having robbed a store is ignored. Michael brown having dine things which enflamed his situation and started a chain of events resulting in his death is also ignored. We are supposed to focus in isolation on the fact that a white man shot a black man, and only that.
On the over hand, everyday black on black violence is ignored as it does not push the cause of racist agitation.
