Some years ago (pre-Katrina) some thug brothers came to this same ‘hood to hold up a man getting into his car, only to have their target turn around and shoot dead one bro, and hit the other so as to paralyze him. Talk about your Happy Endings!
Not enough people in general in NOLa are carrying these days. And then college kids and tourists are the easiest targets, because they’re most likely not to be armed.
