You have a point. Game of Thrones probably has better sex scenes. Which is why Grey may bomb at the box office.
“Game of Thrones” uses the sex scenes to advance the story, not just for the sake of having a sex scene.
"Fifty Shades of Grey" on the other hand appears to be primarily about the sex which, IMHO, pushes it closer to porn.

I will. GoT has an interesting story and interesting characters. I’m not the slightest bit embarrassed at stating I like GoT but thing 50 Shades is a waste of paper

What does this "mommy porn" have? Some handcuffs and a whip?
Methinks dungeon torture serves a storyline outside of just titillating the loins.
That said - if you took out the nudity and sex in Thrones, you still have a great medieval fantasy with interesting characters and a dynamic storyline.
Take nudity and sex out of this "mommy porn" and what would you have????? Another drama about the mythical glass ceiling of women at work and their secret fantasies with the boss?
