Things are quickly coming to a head at The View, as one fiasco after another has resulted in a top executive of the show deciding he's had enough. Daily Mail Online has learned exclusively that Brian Balthazar, co-executive producer of the show, is leaving to join HGTV as vice president of programming. The producer, who previously launched the fourth hour of the Today Show with Hoda and Kathie Lee, was responsible for day-to-day running of the show and overseeing the volatile cast. Staff were shocked as he is one of the few senior staff who can actively work with the co-hosts and they respect his point of view.

This slow dismantling of a program is developing it’s own kind of appeal, albeit fleeting. Many folks like seeing a slow motion train wreck. “War of the Rosies” is a good turn of the phrase. In this case, one Rosie is white, but both Rosies’ are progressively red.
If it were not for Freerepublic, I would not know that show existed.
He’s getting out while the getting’s good.
The ironic thing is that their ratings will probably increase due to the rubber necking effect!
I love it when the libs collapse in on each other.
I love it when Commie libs turn on each other..put both Rosie’s in a room, lock the door, give each one a gun and see how it goes
yeah everyday I hear something new on Deadline Hollyweird forum it getting good on that behind the scenes
A bunch of skanky, ugly, far left women doing what liberals do best: being nasty, obnoxious and insufferable. So what’s new? Couldn’t happen to a better bunch.
Same here. I don’t watch tv and don’t know what’s on tv. Because of postings on FR I have watched a few youtube clips and from what I’ve seen I cheer their demise.
I don’t watch it so I wouldn’t miss it if the show dropped into the waste basket.

Not good to encourage *itchiness. So now what do you have? I’m not feeling particularly sorry for any of them.
Me either. Of course I wouldn’t know a lot of them exist.
Close enough for a cigar ...
Rembrandt's Belshazzar's Feast, 1635
the writing on the wall - Daniel 5:1-31 (KJV) 1 Belshazzar the king made a great feast to a thousand of his lords, and drank wine before the thousand. ... 5 In the same hour came forth fingers of a man's hand, and wrote over against the candlestick upon the plaister of the wall of the king's palace: and the king saw the part of the hand that wrote. 6 Then the king's countenance was changed, and his thoughts troubled him, so that the joints of his loins were loosed, and his knees smote one against another. ... 25 And this is the writing that was written, Mene, Mene, Tekel, Upharsin. 26 This is the interpretation of the thing: Mene; God hath numbered thy kingdom, and finished it. 27 Tekel; Thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting. 28 Peres; Thy kingdom is divided, and given to the Medes and Persians. ... 30 In that night was Belshazzar the king of the Chaldeans slain.
Used to record just to see to see Hasselbeck then I even gave up with her still around because it was a crappy show, but now it is unwatchable since Hasselbeck left. Haven’t seen it once in years. But have read a lot of junk about it.
More like a war between two thorns. Roses? Never.

Nicolle Wallace will depart the minute Jeb announces he’s running.
