One of my wife’s cousins who lives in Louisville KY has been sending me good material on the controversy over building a Walmart in the predominantly Black West End.
The Black community there, led by their churches and ministers, is all for it. The white Liberal elites, who would *never* go that far up Broadway are against (because, you know, Walmart ... and all that).
The racist attacks by the White Lib elites are breathtaking to read. Basically accusing the Black ministers of acting in collusion with city officials and having been bribed with walking around money by Walmart, and their flocks of being ignorant savages beholden/captive to superstition (iow, religion).
But because it’s Libs being racist, no one is saying a word about it.
