Pro tip: Don’t fly your camera drone too close to chimpanzees. They might knock it out of the air using a stick. That’s what happened to one camera drone user over in the Netherlands while flying a drone in a zoo’s chimpanzee habitat. One of the chimps decided that “enough is enough”

Of course, using a drone to take pix of chimps is probably somehow related to Japanese porn.

A shotgun blast, or even a well-aimed rifle bullet, has greater range and is much more devastating to continued operation of the drone than a stick.

The chimpanzee was putting up the best defense he had at his disposal. First, recognizing this intruder as a threat, then acting upon that threat. This seems to be a lesson that many have already forgotten in this world.

The chimp seems to be smarter than the drone pilot, what was that fool thinking?

The chimps looked bored. Maybe they should be given some drones of their own, and instructions on their use.

Using the stick showed quick thinking on the part of the chimp. The chimp quickly realized that the usual response of flinging poop was not going to be up to the task and so escalated the armed response.

Well played Zippy.

The Baron at C.H.U.M.P. headquarters sent that drone.

It was brought down by Lancelot Link, Secret Chimp.
