If my SD graduates 100 kids a year, in 10 years, a thousand are (hopefully) in the workforce (incentive for a teacher to really teach a kid to actually want to work or .... God forbid . learn to be a capitalistic entrepreneuer, based on Aristotles mean, that he learned IN SCHOOL .... etc.

If a teachetr teaches .... from kindergarten up to graduation ... he/she can pack his own chute by really teaching.

No, your idea is a bad idea because it makes it too easy to lose control of your salary in mandatory deductions like we have now.
