If this is their behavior in the good times, when the EBT cards are recharged every month, what kind of horror will come when the EBTs stop? As it will one day soon, I suspect.
The EBT payments won't stop until chinese or russian hackers make them. Our democratically elected Pols surely won't stop the gravy. Even if they have to run the presses 24/7, which they are.
If the DOD and White House networks aren't secure, what makes you think the various 'disbursement' servers are? After all, things 'crash' all the time (qv Loius Lerner, Hillary, etc.)
Something to think about. That's the vulnerability.
The Chinese government could cripple this country if it figured out to hack and disable the EBT system to stop working.
