I remember the Original Million Mom March back in about 2000. A few days later, it came out that the event’s MC, Rosie O’Donnell, had a bodyguard who had applied for a concealed carry permit in Connecticut. That was probably the best publicity the NRA ever got, that absolutely revolting exhibit of “gun control, but only for the little people”.
