This new term, microaggression, is kind of comical, if you think about it. The Left wants to think that any small thing can mean something larger to certain people. Meanwhile, when I hear the word "micro," I can't help but chuckle. The textbook definition of micro includes:

adjective
1. extremely small.
2. minute in scope or capability.

Let that sink in for a moment. I think the word alone, microaggression, should mean we shouldn't give one iota of thought to it. Meanwhile, the left, as they're wont to do, has turned a seemingly benign portmanteau into the newest negative in the liberal zeitgeist.

What's even more comical (or sad, depending on your point of view) is that the presence of "disrespect" need only exist in the mind of the recipient.

One point of all this is to justify being angry for no good reason.

It flips the entire basis for "aggression" upside down. Do something thoughtful or nice, and become the aggressor. Ignore the perpetually offended, and become the aggressor.
