What no one is reporting is that the pressure came from the insurance companies.

At least two major insurance companies would have been on the verge of bankruptcy had the decision gone the other way.

Already, the insurance companies are being forced to merge. Aetna is likely going to buy Humana, and Wellpoint will likely buy Cigna. Within a few years, there will be just a handful of insurance payers. This is what will cement SCOTUScare in place,and what will make it nearly impossible to institute free market reforms.

Roberts is a corporatist hack.
