Yeah, what Roberts does there is say that he gives the benefit of the doubt that the law was designed to make things better and work as designed and intended.
Like I said yesterday, this decision is just a giant cop out. Roberts is setting it up so that the Supreme Court can pass the buck and not be blamed if/when Obamacare implodes.

Just the opposite. When Roberts rewrote the law (twice) it truly became SCOTUScare. He owns it, lock, stock and barrel now, and when it shudders to an ignominious halted heap, it will be the fault of 6 black robed houdinis.
