FULL TITLE: Mom, 26, is arrested 'after dumping her helpless baby daughter on the roadside at midnight in a car-seat'
A 26-year-old mother whose baby was found abandoned on the side of a Maryland road strapped in her car seat has been charged with child neglect and reckless endangerment, police said.
Sandra McClary called police herself at 10am on Sunday to say the baby - who was discovered shortly before midnight on the 900 block of Druid Hill Avenue in Pasadena - was her daughter.
McClary also claimed that the baby's father was supposed to have the infant and she had not known where she was, WTOP reported.
But police believe McClary took the baby girl out of her car and placed her on the road - where a diaper bag and spilled baby formula were also discovered - according to ABC 7.
Scuff marks all over the baby's car seat had initially led authorities to believe it may have fallen from a moving car.
A partial tag from the license plate of a car spotted leaving the area around the time of the incident was matched to McClary's.

Some people just shouldn’t have children, any kind of pet, or be in any kind of authority or position of power over another being.
What about those drop off places? you can dump a baby at no cost. They don’t even take your name.
Obviously, no POS is going to take the time to find a drop off place. The POS will just dump the baby anywhere.
This is a direct result of the left pushing abortion and dehumanizing the unborn baby.

She didn’t want anyone else to have her. It’s not uncommon when people use the baby to get money from people. When the money dries up, the mom blames the baby.
My wife had an aunt like this.

I read that they were inundated with calls from people offering to adopt the baby. I’d take her myself in a New York second. How could anyone leave a little sweetie like that on the side of the road!

I would take this little one in a heart beat, but it doesn’t work that way. Even though this horrible being dumped that baby out like a sack of garbage, the state will give her counseling and attempt to re-unite her with the child. The state will place the baby into foster care, provided no family members want to take her, until such time that the hag is deemed suitable.
The pig will learn to game the system and get as much as she can from the welfare state while this little suffers.
