Trap shooting is the fastest-growing sport in Minnesota high schools, and was recently introduced in neighboring Wisconsin and North Dakota. While it may make anti-gun activists uneasy, its a boon for manufacturers and retailers that have stoked its growth.

Yep - 3 of my varsity letters were for Rifle. Really ticked off the AD, but I was grinning ear to ear every time.
Really? Back in 1959 my Brother was in a Gun Club at his High School. We lived on Long Island at the time.
He carried his .22 Bolt Action Rifle to School twice a week.
They had an inside Gun Range. I think it was in the Gymnasium Basement.
Nobody batted and eye when he was walking down the Street toward School carrying his Rifle Case.
Haven’t Holder’s feral ‘Yoots’ already embraced shooting as a hot sport for a very long time, especially when targets are ‘crackas’ or members of other gangs, or those who can’t defend themselves? Guess the ‘skules’ have to catch up to the ghetto yet again!

I recall Justice Scalia telling about his youth, and he was in a shooting class. He carried his weapon on the New York subway.
Many things have changed over the decades. Some for the better but some definitely for the worse.
