Maybe this will be a lesson to any Christians thinking of getting into the public eye. You better be PERFECT, no jaywalking, no parking tickets, no complaints from former neighbors, etc, etc. But not to worry, athiests, mooselimbs, or Rastafarians do not need to aspire to such standards. They only need proclaim they are lifelong staunch democrats and anything goes.
A teenager sexually assaulting their 4 year old sister isn’t jay walking or a parking ticket.
This is my take on this whole show. I suspect TLC knew all along what Josh did and still let the show air knowing that in time this would leak. Why? Because they wanted to show America “See this is now Christian families really are. They are no better than the rest of us. They preach morals and values for the rest of us but in truth they don’t practice what they preach”.
If you stop and think about it, this is what has happened. It may or may not come out that TLC knew but we all know Hollyweird works to put Christians in a bad light any way they can.

I think Christians on TV can get away with jaywalking and parking tickets. It’s allowing their son to molest their daughters and doing less than nothing about it that got them in trouble. Face it, the Duggars are somewhere between deeply disturbed and outright scum.
