You know another thing you may want to try if you aren’t already, is exercise. That made a HUGE difference to me. If you ever noticed when you tilt you head back or turn it a certain way the tinnitus gets louder, that’s because the blood pressure increases around the ear from the muscle movement. So the higher your blood pressure, the smaller those blood vessels are, the louder the tinnitus will be. I sprained my ankle bad last year, but before that I would run 3 times a week for an hour and the tinnitus was virtually gone, but when I hurt myself I was out for months and started gaining weight the tinnitus came back with a vengeance. Right now I’m 60 pounds heavier than I should be and damn it’s like a siren in my head. Blood pressure definitely is one of if not the biggest villain. I’m going to start getting back into working out again. NOT lifting weights, it has to be aerobic where you reduce blood pressure and widen those arteries, veins, and capillaries, stuff like riding a stationary bike every day or swimming. Get a cheap blood pressure device and work on getting it down as low as possible and I guarantee you you’ll be amazed how your ears will clear up.

Cipro is an antibiotic that almost is as damaging as the infection it is meant to attack.

A known side effect of Cipro is tendonitis - especially the Achilles tendon - in older men. Here I am 65+ years old, still running 4 times a week and the doctor prescribed it anyway.
I discovered all this a week or so later and when I called the doctor's office, they just casually said, "Well, we'll just put you on something else." Idiots.
And it's not just Cipro ... I can't think of a single medication that doesn't have nasty side effects, some even fatal. "Big Pharma" indeed.

I hope you get it to work because that program DOES work. I woke up this morning and I can barely hear the tinnitus now. I don’t know how, but somehow it interrupted it and I guess overnight my brain shut it down. I have no doubt it will come back but I’ll just use that program again, I just hope that guy doesnt take down that website.

What’s the frequency Kenneth? LOL! Yeah that took me a while to get right as well, I tried to imitate it by humming then tried to match the frequency to that. I dont think it has to be exact just similar sounding. What’s funny is I had tinnitus mostly in my left ear now the right ear seems worse. That program definitely interrupted it though. Don’t expect instant results though, you have to use it then wait as your brain rewires itself.
