Well the owner could be the following:
1) Alien
2) Someone who is currently 130 years old
3) A Time Traveler
4) Someone traveling on a horse and buggy
5) Someone who had a very bad boating accident
Or one 130 year old alien time traveler crossing the West in a horse-drawn boat.
