The “Third Party” name is just another name for “Going Rogue”. It won’t matter to the Trump haters, but this is what he meant about keeping his options open......
If he continues to lead in the polls, and wins most of the primaries, right up to the R Convention; But the GOPe suits go into a smoke filled room and decide to ignore Trump and anoint Jeb as the nominee, or some other variation of backstabbing Trump, He reserves the option to do what he thinks best; what any man with a pair of stones and the wherewithal to see it through would do. Such as honoring the people who GOT HIM to the Convention, by running on his own ticket. I think with the current mood of the Nation, and with Ted Cruz as his running mate, he’d win by a landslide, regardless who the ‘Rats have running..
OTOH....If he falls in the polls, and loses most of the primaries, he’ll accept that and ride off into the sunset. He has already said as much, during the big brouhaha over what he said about Juan Miquesne.
