JUDGE BUNNING'S SCENARIO ON KIM DAVIS PLAYS OUT THIS MORNING...THE ALTERNATE SCENARIO....
9/4/2015 | Self

Posted on 09/04/2015 2:00:33 AM PDT by Nextrush

Gay couple plantiffs in the federal lawsuit against Rowan County, Kentucky Chief Clerk Kim Davis will walk into her office in a few hours and get their marriage licenses.

News media have been reporting their plans overnight.

My estimation of the unfolding of events goes like this.

Judge David Bunning found out that five of Davis's clerks would obey his order yesterday so Bunning jailed Chief Clerk Kim Davis temporarily so the marriage licenses can be issued today.

Then I expect Bunning to spring Davis from jail so she won't end up having some martyr status. I'm reminded of the time in 1962 when the Kennedy Administration sent a Justice Department official to bail Dr. Martin Luther King from an Albany, Georgia jail to prevent his martyrdom.

An alternate scenario to this would be some folks sitting around the entrance of the Rowan County, Kentucky Clerk's Office (2...10....50....200....whatever) singing some good old songs or hymns. How about "Jesus Loves The Little Children" or "Amazing Grace" or maybe just a good old fashioned 1960's protest song like "We Shall Not Be Moved".

"Well I'm on my way to heaven, we shall not be moved, on my way to heaven, we shall not be moved, just like a tree that standing by the waterside we shall not be moved.....we're on that road to freedom, we shall not be moved.....(and so on the song goes)

David Bunning needs to BURN IN HELL !

He might, but as soon as I saw the name, I wondered if he was any relation to former major league baseball pitcher Jim Bunning. Jim is his father. I thought Jim was OK, but this POS? No way.

They're coming out of the woodwork on social media (local TV news sites and the such), and being pretty nasty (as usual) about the whole thing and blasting anyone who stands with her.

Boy howdy are they ever!

They are massively trying to make social media a vast Leftist echo chamber, by driving off anyone who opposes Their Lord And Savior.

You could be right, but I have a hunch here so stay tuned for developments later on today.

A gay activist lawyer said the reason they wanted fines on Davis in the first place was to prevent martyrdom in jail.

I think Bunning decided to put her in jail for 24 hours or so until the plantiffs got their licenses, then let her out to avoid long-term martyrdom and a long term headache for the Republican Party Establishment which doesn’t want civil disobedience to disrupt this election year in Kentucky and the elections elsewhere next year, too.

I’ll bet David Bunning is a HOMOSEXUAL, also.

If you’re right, then folks on the outside will have to take actions to show support. I still have my hunch about Bunning trying to get this over quick by getting the plantiffs through the clerks office, then letter her go.

If I’m wrong, Judge Bunning could possibly end up meeting some flesh and blood folks who just happen to get in his way” singing “We Shall Not Be Moved”.

I tend to think we are still allowed opinions. Even if some of us are politicians.

Yeah, the faggots and queers ARE going to get their pound of flesh and they will never give up. They are going to get our children whether we like it or not.

From what I have read, Jim was a decent individual. Though they have the same surname, this is not Jim Bunning
s son. Someone else was fishing in his pond.

They’ll demand that Davis be the one to give them gay marriage licenses.

I do believe that is their intention...however, I doubt they will be able to maneuver the situation to attain that desire, as officials just want this to go away, the faster the better...

that amounts to forgery, and therefore will render them illegal.

There is nothing invaid or illegal whatsoever about employers using autosignatures for payroll and other functions...why would this be anything different...?

Ted Cruz is way out in front and leading on this. He’s not perfect (H1Bs) but he’s head and shoulders better than the rest of the field.

Is there no State Supreme Court jurist who will stand up to this Federal overreach?

Pensions and perks have a way of keeping people in line.

Something our Founding Fathers risked to start a free nation.

What we are finding is that the concept of “law” is just the niceties that TPTB use to keep the little people in line, while waving the flag at important holidays and events.

What a crock this whole thing is.

Kim Davis is the ONLY person following Kentucky state law, or any law for that matter.

Now the Federal judge is breaking Kentucky State law to force the deputy clerks to sign the marriage certificates when these clerks have no authority to do so.

And a religious test to hold public office has now been enshrined in direct contradiction to the US Constitution.

All to accommodate deviant sexual practicioners.

Yes, and appointed by George W Bush

btw what if we saw the following headline:

or
Islam-Believing Clerk Refuses to Grant Licenses to
Non-Muslims

>He might not have agreed with the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision legalizing same-sex marriage. But he will uphold the law.

That’s what federal District Judge David Bunning’s mom said of her son....David Bunning was raised Roman Catholic, graduated in 1984 from Newport Central Catholic High School, and his mother said his faith is still important to him.
“He’s a great guy,” his mother Mary Bunning said. “He loves the Lord. He loves family. What else more can you expect of a young man?”

Because the facsimile signatures aren’t being used with the express permission of the Clerk. And she stated yesterday that her deputies aren’t authorized to issue licenses in her stead.

Without her permission the licenses arent valid. I’d say “end of story” but we aren’t there yet. As said earlier on thus thread Bunnings order makes the situation much messier.
