They won’t back down. The Gays have convinced enough that this is the same as Blacks fighting for Civil Rights back in the 1960s.
What joke! Sexual preferences are not the same as skin color, but logic has been thrown out the window long ago.
She stays in jail until/unless she relents. The judge won’t change. We need to be prepared for the long haul.

A gay activist lawyer said the reason they wanted fines on Davis in the first place was to prevent martyrdom in jail.
I think Bunning decided to put her in jail for 24 hours or so until the plantiffs got their licenses, then let her out to avoid long-term martyrdom and a long term headache for the Republican Party Establishment which doesn’t want civil disobedience to disrupt this election year in Kentucky and the elections elsewhere next year, too.
If you’re right, then folks on the outside will have to take actions to show support. I still have my hunch about Bunning trying to get this over quick by getting the plantiffs through the clerks office, then letter her go.
If I’m wrong, Judge Bunning could possibly end up meeting some flesh and blood folks who just happen to get in his way” singing “We Shall Not Be Moved”.
