Just barely. Jindal is frantic and figured the only way he will get attention is if he attacks Trump and then Trump will respond - the media will report anything Trump says as well as fabricate statements while it ignores others, especially Cruz.

I read that when Jindal was born, his parents were not U.S. citizens, maybe had just student visas. If true, then no way does he qualify for POTUS. At least one parent should be a US citizen.
