Well said. This massively dumb incident can be chalked up entirely to the stupid-assed public schoolteachers whom pulled the trigger. Then, the dumbasses here are doubling down on the stupidity and fanning the flames with anti-Muslim rhetoric, instead of seeing this for what it was:
A kid whom likes to tinker with electronics and brought one of his projects to school to show off.
The fact that none of the posters here ever did this as kids tells me a lot about the readership of this thread.
The semi-tard on this issue used a pinglist.
I returned that same ill-favor.
Acting the boy who cried wolf, plays right into CAIR's hands, regardless if the intent was fully planned, or not.
Another analogy would be like a screaming little Chihuahua, who doesn't just 'bark' at everything, but screams at it instead.
CAIR just laughs (and will try to get further mileage out of this). The rest of the Muslims say "see? we ARE being wrongfully held under suspicion".
I was that kid. I was tearing apart all kinds of things to see how the worked at a young age. As soon as I discovered most items were assembled with screws and bolts I was opening them up. A butter knife would also occasionally help. I also had geology and chemistry sets with flasks and the whole nine yards. You'd think I had a lab in our basement. Ahhh those were carefree days when I didn't have much to worry about. I'd go mow a few yards or rake leaves to buy my lab kits from Sears (I think it was)....: )
