Obama Admin Had Tapes of Bergdahl Deserting to Taliban - Ignored Them at Trial
Retired General David Hunt told Bill O'Reilly tonight the Obama administration has tapes that prove Bowe Bergdahl deserted to the Taliban. The Obama administration did not use the tapes in the trial of Bergdahl.

I know exactly, it’s ridiculous. It’s 6 counts of treason. Five for each one of the released Taliban and one for knowing ahead of time that Bergdahl was an enemy combatant yet creating or going along with the scam that he was a US soldier. The guy defected to join the Taliban, all this POW stuff was a scam solely to get the Taliban released WHICH for all we know Obama could have organized.

Why does anyone continue to give this person who got elected POTUS the benefit of the doubt as to whether he’s just stupid or a traitor?

I’m in no way on Bergdahl’s side. But the key word is”they” said he was a traitor. Not Bergdahl. I sure don’t trust those guys to tell the truth.
The answer lies in the words his father addressed to him, which were in Arabic, and part of a ROP prayer. The guy is a member of the ROP.
This was not a mistake on the part of Obama. I thought it was now commonly understood that the real story was Obama used Bergdahl as the pretext to release the Talban commanders from GITMO. US military commanders and the spy agencies told Obama no, not to release the GITMO Taliban commanders. Obama glommed onto Bergdahl as the excuse he need to justify emptying GITMO. That’s why we saw his administration publicly try to pull on American heart strings says we shouldn’t leave anyone behind and that Bergdahl was a hero, blah, blah, blah.
They knew the truth, just like they knew the videotape was not the reason for Benghazi.
As long as the corrupt MSM is the arm of the DNC, Obama can, and has, basically done whatever he wants and gets away with it.
What really frosts my buckeyes is that the "Conservative" Party, the Republicans, will not make a peep.
