The video provides no clues as to the location, so this video is the Iranian Mullah's rubbing Obama's nose into his own fecal matter while sending an intimidating message to Iran's neighbors in the middle east.
My best guess is that NO ONE expected Iran to have a base such as this, with long range missiles capable of hitting Israel and beyond "ready to launch" so quickly.

Seriously? At this point who or what can stop them? The traitors in DC are fully compromised. Russia, China, Cuba, and even North Korea supposedly are joining the fun. Externally, it’s part of ‘informational provocation’. The Iranian regime often punch above their weight.
Internally, to show their supporters in particular that they are powerful and completely in control.
