Yes, the guys in the air knew it was a hospital. Whether it was marked or not. They questioned the order. They were told to shoot.

They should have flown away.

There is no reason to be in Afghanistan any more. Period. We are not keeping any peace. The training is a joke. The number of troops we are leaving there is too small to do anything effective.

So one has to wonder, why would we continue to leave troops in a place with no value, no national interest, no benefit to the US.

Unless there is a benefit.

$1 Trillion in Rare Earth Elements. Probably more.

This is the same protection racket we set up for the Gulf States. Except our Military is broke.

I think they are more broke than many are being lead to believe. I think its possible we are so broke we cannot fight the smallest of wars. Our ability to project force is being limited.

Think Russian Military in 1988.

Why are we, the people of the US, allowing this to continue?

There is no reason to be in Afghanistan at all. We didn’t find Osama there. We have planned deals with the Taliban so we aren’t there to depose them. We DID depose Saddam Hussein. We DID whack Momar Gaddafi (although we were not even at WAR with Libya).
