Well, hell, why even bother with all the time, trouble and expense of arresting someone, charging him or her with a crime, allowing him or her to defend himself or herself in a court of law before a jury of his or her peers?

Why not just aks Detective Chris Miller what he thinks about the person and what should be done with him or her?

It sure would save the people of Marysville a ton of money.

The beginning of corruption for that PD. THAT is how it starts. Make an exception “just this once” for a good ol’ boy, and rules and standards go down the tube. That’s exactly how the 2 political parties were corrupted.
