Authorities have captured Mario Perez-Roque, 56, the man suspected of kidnapping a woman in Kenner Friday morning (Nov. 6) and bringing her to his home in New Orleans' Mid-City neighborhood, Kenner police said Saturday. (Kenner Police Department)
