He started out with a very promising career and his early work is very good, especially “Platoon” & “Wall Street”.
He and Robert Downy, Jr. seemed headed to same place except by all accounts Downy pulled himself out of the Abyss, put his career back on track and is now successful beyond his wildest dreams. I am sorry Charlie did not do likewise. I have always liked him and his movies, was not into Two & A Half Men so much. All you can do is pray for the guy.
