Am I supposed to be lieve the dead guy:

1. shut his door and hit the cop’s foot and then gave permission to enter?

2. or gave permission to enter and then shut his door hitting the cop’s foot?

Basically that story is a lie so transparent that even a cop probably won’t get by with it. As for the fear for his life, since the taser is a NONLETHAL weapon by definition, it will be harder the cop to sustain any claim of fear for his life. Clearly only one person had to fear for his life in this incident.

Yes. Shot in the back with his hands up, we know that’s what happened to the gentle giant.

These black lives matter comrade agenda sites always leave out info and distort.

And they can’t spell.

Hands up don’t shoot.

Guilty or innocent, I will point out this from the article:

“Livingston tried to slam the door shut while the deputy was still in the doorway, hitting Kehagais’ foot, according to the documents.”

Livingstone asked for a search warrant & there was none, so he attempted to close the door as his right. But the policeman had his foot inside the door jam. Isn’t that foot an illegal attempt to enter after permission denied?

“... still in the doorway”? Most visitors stand outside the door & wait to be invited in. How can you be struck by a door unless you are already in the door without permission, which is illegal (or should be) without a search warrant or probably cause?
