At some point, you’ll have to consider putting him to sleep if his quality of life is compromised to the point he’s in pain and suffering.

Until then, enjoy all your time you have left together and make them happy memories.

I have pledged that Rocky will not suffer and that I will not deprive him on one minute of life with good quality. I pray that God is merciful to him and allows him to go to sleep gently, but if not, my vet will come to the house to put him to sleep.
