“They” are the same people who equated opposition to Obama with racism; in my workplace whites who were 100% committed to voting against him couldn’t publicize that because of relations with black co-workers (because it would be perceived as racism). The TEA Party was marginalized by “them” because of their opposition to Obama, painted as backwards racists when their crime was a plea for reduced taxes (”Taxed Enough Already” = TEA) - and that stigma has remained.
People will make up their own minds to the extent that they are informed; to slow his momentum “they” are trying to prevent people from decking out their cars and front lawns with “Trump” signs. If people are undecided, it might make a difference; the strategy is to win the center while bolstering support for an unpopular Dem among her own party (the one that threw her under the bus for the Kenyan Pirate 7 years ago).
I have no idea what you are talking about. Trump does not seem to be having any problems getting heard and Trump is way ahead in the polls. I see no reason for Trump supporters to be whining right now.
