President Barack Obama, who is vacationing in Hawaii, released a pre-Christmas statement yesterday, celebrating the fifth anniversary of his having signed legislation that allows openly homosexual, lesbian and bisexual individuals to serve in the U.S. military.
"Today, Americans can serve the country they love no matter who they love, and openly gay, lesbian and bisexual men and women in uniform make our military stronger and America safer," said the president. ...

I think Obama's grasp of English is poor. Pray tell, what does he believe the word "stronger" means? Is he insinuating "volume" is key; that by accepting any one our numbers are superior? If so ... it seems to me he just advocating the use of the mentally ill as cannon fodder. I don't think that is a good thing to do.
