It shouldn’t even be a fight. Both parties sit down (like mature adults) and work out the details. I would think any parent would be thrilled to have their child’s father in her life. It’s’ not about Bristol and Dakota’s problems, it’s about the child. We have too many fatherless children in this world. It sounds like Bristol doesn’t even want him in the child’s life.

I totally agree with you but with a big BUT!

The BUT is that the mothers family, more often than not, are just helplessly out of control re their BLAMING the father ergo “sitting down like mature adults” just can’t happen.

In this case, My bet is that common sense Sarah and common sense Todd WILL, at the end of the day, do just as you suggest and settle with the father of their grand-daughter.

They both need to sit down like adults and put their daughter’s needs first. Lots of people are civil for the sake of their children.
