I have a deep respect for Ms. Boxer’s superlative skill in water carrying. Few people appreciate the difficulties involved in doing so with a colander.
Except that in early on testimony before Congress, Department of State officials said that lack of funding was not a factor in what happened......

So, with a $47 billion dollar operational account and an additional $8.7 billion dollars for Overseas Contingency Operations Hillary spends $200k on security giving the contract to some unknown British contrator who hired the local 17th of February Martyrs Brigade. The ones who photographed the consulate hours before the attack and ran like rabbits when the attack came.
In addition to that Hillary rejected keeping the DoD provided security which doesn't come out of the State Dept. budget. It's DoD.
I quiet literally mean it when I say Boxer should be publicly horsewhipped for promoting this lie.
It’s a time-honoured way for the media to portray a poor, unfairly-targeted democrat politician as figuratively throwing themselves upon their own swords for repeated holier-than-thou references later on, while in reality there are no consequences for their actions and it is expected that the incident(s) are now unworthy of further comments or justice-seeking attempts.
And quietly disappear about 9 mil in vanished and unrecorded funds.
